Cats are said to be magical for having "Nine Lives"; an idiom that means to repeatedly get out of danger or difficult situations without harm or death. Here, at Nine Life Grove, we have established a fenceless territory centralized in the heart of private hunting grounds for that very reason. We provide all life a chance at Nine Lives by offering food, water, and shelter to those seeking a safe haven from human activities. Located on the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, we currently consist of over 200 species of animals; along with over 1,000 species of plants, fungi and other thriving organisms that lurk the lands.
To provide all life a chance at Nine Lives
by safeguarding its natural tapestry through
Protection, Conservation, and Empowerment.
Here, vulnerable species and their habitats are protected from threats like hunters and other human activities: pollution, exploitation and environmental destruction. Through advocacy and education, we work to ensure and provide all life a chance at nine lives for future generations to appreciate its natural wonders.
Our preserve is committed to conserving the biodiversity of life by promoting a sustainable habitat where plants and animals can flourish. Using initiatives as wildlife rehabilitation and habitat restoration along with reforestation and corrective landscaping, we aim to provide all life a chance at nine lives that has been disrupted by human activity.
We empower individuals and communities to become stewards of the environment; by equipping them with the right knowledge and resources needed to make beneficial decisions that synchronize us with the natural world. By fostering a connection with nature, we believe we can inspire a positive change on a global scale to provide all life a chance at "Nine Lives".
